Community Information
The Town of Vail Community Information Office serves to facilitate an information exchange between the municipal government and its constituents. The office welcomes incoming requests and comments. It also serves to distribute news and information of interest to the community.  The office is staffed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Forward your public information requests or comments to Suzanne Silverthorn at ssilverthorn@vailgov.com or call (970) 479-2115 for same-day response.

During emergencies, the best source for real-time information is the Town of Vail media line at (970) 477-3513. The media line will disseminate information on media staging areas, briefing schedules and other updates as an emergency unfolds in or around Vail’s town boundaries.
