Vail Police are investigating the death of a semi-truck driver that occurred at approximately 1:15 a.m. Thursday, March 31 on eastbound Interstate 70 near mile marker 177. A Vail Police officer stopped to check on a commercial vehicle that was parked on the roadway just west of the chain-up area.
