Triumph Development has submitted an application for development of the Booth Heights Neighborhood, located at 3700 N. Frontage Road East, near the East Vail I-70 Interchange (Exit 180). The Development Plan proposes the construction of 73 residential units, including 42 units of deed-restricted employee housing, 19 deed-restricted townhomes and 12 unrestricted townhomes.
