Public Comment Sought on Pre-Development Agreement between Town of Vail and Triumph Development for Deed-Restricted Housing on Two Sites

The Vail Town Council is seeking public comment on a pre-development agreement between the town and Triumph Development in pursuit of its Alternate Housing Sites Initiative. The draft agreement has been reviewed by the Town Council and prepared in the form of a resolution which will be considered for adoption by the Town Council at its Jan. 19 evening meeting.

During the early afternoon on Jan. 10, the West Vail Liquor Mart reported the theft of two bottles of tequila. According to the reporting party and video surveillance, a female was seen deliberately avoiding the registers as she walked out of the store with the tequila bottles.

Vail Fire & Emergency Services has joined with Eagle River Fire Protection District to expand services available on Community Connect, the secure platform allowing residents to voluntarily share critical life-safety information about their home and family which is then made available to first responders at the time of dispatch.
