Last Ski, Ride with Elected Officials on Vail Mountain is April 12
Members of the Vail Town Council and Eagle County Commissioners are inviting skiers and riders to join them for some runs on Vail Mountain during the last outing of the season on Friday, April 12. The gatherings are intended to find out what’s on people’s minds beyond the confines of a traditional public meeting.

Calling all volunteers! The Forest Service needs your help monitoring seasonal trail closures and talking to the public about the importance of these closures for wildlife. In partnership with the Vail Valley Mountain Trails Alliance, the Adopt a Trail Wildlife Ambassador program will be kicking off its second year beginning April 15. Parking Reminder for Vail Parking Pass Holders
An end of season reminder is being issued by the Town of Vail to all parking pass holders. Following the last day of paid winter parking on Sunday, April 21, most parking pass types will be enabled for use during the 2019 summer season, which will run Memorial Day weekend through Oct. 7. This includes Red, Green, Blue, Silver and Gold passes as well as the Value card.
