Beginning Monday, April 16, the Town of Vail will be replacing the concrete pavement and sidewalk within the West Vail south roundabout at exit 173 on Interstate 70. The town has contracted with Kraemer North America, LLC to construct the project between April 16 and May 11.

Vail to Host Construction Season Kick-off Meeting April 12

The Town of Vail will be hosting its annual construction season kick-off event from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, April 12 at the Grand View on the third level of the Lionshead Welcome Center. The event will be an open-house format with a short presentation at 4:30 p.m. Contractors, architects, merchants and residents with an interest in upcoming construction projects are encouraged to drop in at any time during the two-hour session where town staff and utility providers will be on hand to answer...

There’s still time to take part in the Town of Vail community survey which is used to evaluate municipal service levels and to identify community priorities. Residents, property owners, business owners, employees and others impacted by the town are encouraged to participate. Parking Reminder for Vail Parking Pass Holders

An end of season reminder is being issued by the Town of Vail to all parking pass holders. Following the last day of paid winter parking on Sunday, April 15, most parking pass types will be enabled for use during the 2018 summer season, which will run May 25 through Sept. 30. This includes Green, Blue, Silver and Gold passes as well as the Value card.

Spring Bus Schedule Begins April 16

Town of Vail buses will transition to the spring schedule on Monday, April 16 as the 2017-18 ski and snowboard season comes to a close. Free parking will also be available in the Vail Village and Lionshead parking structures to coincide with reductions in bus service prior to implementation of the summer bus schedule and a new $25 overnight parking fee beginning May 25. Daytime parking will remain free throughout the summer.
