The upcoming Nov. 8 election is being conducted by the Eagle County Clerk & Recorder’s Office as a mail ballot election. The deadline to return a voted ballot is 7 p.m. Tuesday. Postmarks will not count.
Colorado law allows you to register to vote through Election Day by appearing in-person at a voter service and polling center. All registered voters will have access to a Vail Voter Service and Polling Center location at the Grand View on the third level of the Lionshead Welcome Center, 395 E. Lionshead Circle, on the following days:
- Friday, Nov. 4 - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, Nov. 5 - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Monday, Nov. 7 - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Election Day | Tuesday, Nov. 8 - 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Other polling center locations include Eagle County Building, Avon Center Building and the Eagle County Community Center.
