Guest Service Recognition

We want everyone to love Vail the way we do. And we’re going out of our way to make it possible with a continued emphasis on customer service and guest relations this season. On behalf of the Town Council and the entire town staff, we’ve pledged to provide the best possible experience to our guests and customers. Whether it’s transit, parking, library, snowplowing, police or fire services, we’ll be doing everything possible to make a positive first and last impression. We realize our customers and guests make a choice to be in Vail and we want to do what it takes to keep everyone coming back.

To help us raise the bar, we’re asking for your help. If you notice a Vail employee or red-jacketed host doing something extraordinary to make a person’s day even better, please tell us about it and nominate that person for our weekly recognition program. There are three easy ways to make a nomination:
