Vail to Host Construction Season Kick-off Meeting April 12

The Town of Vail will be hosting its annual construction season kick-off event from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, April 12 at the Grand View on the third level of the Lionshead Welcome Center. The event will be an open-house format with a short presentation at 4:30 p.m. Contractors, architects, merchants and residents with an interest in upcoming construction projects are encouraged to drop in at any time during the two-hour session where town staff and utility providers will be on hand to answer questions.

Information will be provided on spring construction schedules, staging parameters, noise allowances, contractor parking information, the town’s 24/7 customer portal, plus ways to request inspections and inspection schedules. In addition, recycling requirements and streamtract regulations will be available from the town’s environmental team.

Free parking will be available and light refreshments will be served. Door prizes will be given away, as well; must be present to win.
