The Town of Vail, Colorado is seeking proposals for professional services from qualified and experienced consulting engineering firms to provide the Town with a comprehensive Stormwater Master Plan for the East Vail neighborhood. The consultant shall be a Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of Colorado.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that three vacancies exist on the Town of Vail Building and Fire Codes Appeals board (B&FCA). The board operates with five regular and two alternate members. The terms of the new appointments begin on April 1, 2019, for a 5-year term, ending March 31, 2024. The B&FCA will meet as required.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that two vacancies exist on the Town of Vail Design Review Board (DRB) and letters of interest and resumes are being accepted. Applicants must be residents and registered voters of the Town of Vail. The term of each new appointment begins April 1, 2019 and expires on March 31, 2021 (two year terms). The DRB meets the first and third Wednesdays of each month and are held at 3:00 p.m. in the Vail Municipal Building. Duties of the five-member DRB include reviewing the design of new structures, remodels, sign requests, landscaping plans and other architectural and aesthetic matters.
The Town of Vail is seeking qualified landscape contractors to install native plants and other landscape improvements on town-owned property along Gore Creek. In general, the work will include installation of trees, shrubs, plugs and native seed, installation of drip irrigation, installation of minor site work improvements and other associated work.

The Town of Vail, Colorado is seeking proposals for professional services from qualified consultants for construction management and inspection of three bridge projects located in the Town of Vail: Forest Road Bridge Repair, Kinnikinnick Road Bridge Deck Replacement and the Bridge Road Bridge Replacement projects.
The Stephens Park Water Quality Improvements Project generally includes installation of approximately 1,600 square feet of permeable pavers in the Stephens Park parking lot and relocation of approximately 150 linear feet of soft surface trail and associated grading. Work is scheduled to occur between April 22 and May 23, 2019.
Placement of approximately 51,000 square yards of Type II Slurry Seal on selected public streets within the Town of Vail. Work is scheduled to be performed between May 13, 2019 and June 14, 2019.
